“Now you can’t shut me up!” – Kristie Small

Kristie Small is a tenacious, eager, and very committed student and employee. She has grabbed every opportunity possible through Impact21 and she’s keen to try and do anything to grow as a professional and as a person. Kristie takes feedback exceptionally well, always humbly aiming to do and be better next time. Before COVID-19, Kristie was juggling three days a week of a commute into Torrens University Australia at Flinders Street from the Mornington Peninsula, as well as work and volunteering commitments on her non-contact days. Kristie is always prepared, always on time, and will be an asset to PwC when she can return to work there after COVID-19 restrictions are lessened. Congratulations Kristie!

Impact21 is a tertiary education and employment course for employers and people living with an intellectual disability. It aims to break the cycle of unemployment to create diverse, sustainable and meaningful workplaces throughout Australia.
